ISSI Announces Intelli-Site Deployment at Virginia Hospital Center -- Arlington, VA

Irving, Texas – August 23, 2006 – Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (OTCBB Symbol: IZZI) today announced that B&B Roadway, a majority-owned joint venture partner of its wholly owned subsidiary B&B ARMR, has received a major order from the Illinois Department of Transportation. The order, which exceeds $750,000, is for 80 highway access gates and related equipment. The project is part of an overall city evacuation and traffic management strategy for highway routes leading into and out of the City of Chicago. This will enable changes in traffic flow so that all lanes can be changed to a single direction of flow, easing movement. Similar systems from B&B Roadway have been developed or are being considered by a number of states and metropolitan areas, particularly for use as hurricane evacuation routes.

ISSI Announces Intelli-Site Deployment at Virginia Hospital Center -- Arlington, VA

Irving, Texas – June 6, 2006 – Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (ISSI), (OTCBB Symbol: IZZI) today announced that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site, Inc.’s Intelli-Site® product has been installed at the Arlington Hospital Center NCIU facility in Arlington, VA . The new NCIU security system, part of a $1.2 million facility upgrade, is a complex integration of CCTV, Access Control, Radio frequency bands and custom designed Graphical User Interfaces.  Intelli-Site® software provides key integration and control for the security system.

“Recent events in the news have highlighted significant weaknesses in the protection of our most vulnerable citizens.  We see Intelli-Site® as playing a critical role in the solution to this problem and hope to participate fully in this vital market segment going forward,” says G.M. Ulibarri, President and CEO of Intelli-Site, Inc.  The new cutting-edge communications system installed in the Unit allows hospital personnel to quickly and easily detect and respond to an emergency within any of the Women & Infant Health areas. Computerized floor plans at the nurses' station automatically display which room needs assistance, so that nurses, physicians or security personnel can be rapidly dispatched.

“This is the monitoring technology of the future, and Virginia Hospital Center is probably more advanced in adopting it than any other hospital in the country.  Parents will feel reassured that their infants' safety and security, as well as their medical care, is being constantly monitored in the new NICU," says Jim Hugler, CEO of Secure Technical Engineering, which is implementing the system at the Hospital.

ISSI Announces Intelli-Site Deployment at Forest Heights Neighborhood -- Dallas, TX

Irving, Texas – May 22, 2006 – Integrated Security Systems, Inc. (ISSI), (OTCBB Symbol: IZZI) today announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Intelli-Site, Inc., has recently deployed Intelli-Site® software in the Forest Heights Neighborhood Community Center in Dallas, Texas.

Intelli-Site’s President and CEO G.M. Ulibarri drafted a security study for the Forest Heights Neighborhood Development Corporation that included recommendations for the deployment of remotely monitored Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) cameras designed to provide surveillance of high-crime areas within the bounds of the Forest Heights neighborhood.  The initial phase of the deployment was completed in April, 2006 and includes digital video cameras and an Intelli-Site® software command center located at the newly completed community center.

The next phase of the project will include numerous, highly visible, surveillance cameras located in various areas throughout the neighborhood.  The cameras will be connected, via a wireless data network, to the Intelli-Site® command center.  The cameras will provide surveillance and 24-hour digital recording in locations such as playgrounds, elder care facilities and other public spaces. “I am extremely proud of this installation and honored to have had the opportunity to work with the fine people of the Forest Heights Neighborhood Development Corporation.  This deployment will assist the good people of this at-risk neighborhood in protecting themselves – and especially their children - from crime,” said G.M. Ulibarri, President and CEO of Intelli-Site, Inc.

According to Ann Arnott, Executive Director of the Forest Heights Neighborhood Development Corporation, “The new Intelli-Site® system has provided this neighborhood with a valuable tool in our efforts to help ensure the safety and security of our residents.”  “This is the first building (the community center) we have built that has not had one single act of vandalism - and I credit the Intelli-Site® security camera system for that fact,” says Peggy Anshutz, past president of the Forest Heights Neighborhood Development Corporation.
